Deposit and Payment Structure
When you book a course with On Target Training, you pay a $100 deposit to secure your place. The remaining balance is paid on the day of your course.
Cancellation by You
More than 7 days before the course
If you need to cancel your booking more than 7 days before your scheduled course date, we can offer a full refund of your deposit or transfer your booking to another available date.
3-7 days before the course
Cancellations made 3-7 days before the course date are eligible for a transfer to another date (subject to availability). Refunds are not available in this period.
Less than 3 days before the course
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the course date, or no-shows on the day, will result in forfeiture of your deposit. This is because we have limited spaces and may have turned away other students.
Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that we need to cancel a course (due to instructor illness, weather conditions, insufficient numbers, or other circumstances beyond our control), you will be offered:
- A full refund of your deposit, OR
- A transfer to another date of your choice (subject to availability)
We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to cancel a course and will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
Course Non-Completion
If you attend a course but do not complete it (e.g., due to leaving early or being asked to leave for safety reasons), no refund will be provided for the deposit or balance paid.
If you do not pass the assessment, you may retake it on the same day at no additional cost. If you still do not pass, you may need to book another course.

Please include your booking reference and the reason for your request. We aim to process all requests within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you have a genuine emergency or extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
